NOJARO PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are
This Policy explains how NOJARO (website nojaro.com.ua, Instagram @nojaro.ua and other official channels) collects, uses and protects personal data.

We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, email.
- Delivery details: city, address or delivery service branch.
- Order details: products, sharpening services, amount, payment method, order history.
- Communications: messages you send us via the website, Instagram Direct, comments, Facebook, Telegram, Viber or email.
- Instagram and Facebook data: username, page-scoped account ID, and the content of messages and comments addressed to NOJARO.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, website usage data.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details - payments are processed by banks and payment providers.

3. How we use data
- To process, pay for and deliver orders, and to accept and return knives sent for sharpening.
- To answer your questions and provide consultations, including via Instagram Direct.
- For warranty and after-sales service.
- To analyse website and social media statistics to improve our service and content.
- For newsletters and advertising - only with your consent or as permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax).

4. Who we share data with
Only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order or operate our service:
- delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and others);
- banks and payment providers;
- providers of our e-commerce platform, CRM and hosting;
- Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and Google - for social media, analytics and advertising;
- public authorities - only where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data received via Instagram and Facebook
Our service uses the official Meta API to access our own account statistics, Instagram Direct messages and comments addressed to NOJARO. This data is used only to reply to customers, keep a record of enquiries and analyse the performance of our account. We do not use it for any other purpose, do not sell it and do not share it with third parties other than service providers who operate our service. Processing of this data is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics and advertising tools (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) to function properly and to help us improve it. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep data
- Order data - for as long as required by accounting and tax law.
- Communications - up to 3 years after your last contact.
- Other data - for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you request deletion.

8. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we process about you, to access, correct and restrict it, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to request deletion. You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, your local data protection authority.

9. USER DATA DELETION
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, including data received via Instagram or Facebook.
How to submit a request:
1) Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion", or send a message to @nojaro.ua via Instagram Direct.
2) Include the Instagram/Facebook username, phone number or email you used to contact us.
3) We will confirm receipt, delete your data within 30 days and notify you once it is done.
We may retain only the data we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting records of orders); it will not be used for any other purpose.
You can also remove our app's access in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove NOJARO. In Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites.

10. Data security
We use technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and secure storage of access keys.

11. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe such data has reached us, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
